👩‍⚕️ Role Overview\n

Seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to oversee surgical services across:

• Urology
\n
• ENT
\n
• Vascular
\n
• OB/GYN
\n
• Cardiothoracic
\n
• General Surgery
\n
• Acute Care Surgery
\n

\n

The Nurse Manager will be responsible for daily Operating Room operations, staff management, patient care oversight, quality outcomes, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

✅ Requirements\n

• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
\n
• Minimum 3 years of Nurse Manager/leadership experience
\n
• Active nursing license
\n
• BLS/BCLS required
\n
• ACLS required
\n
• PALS required
\n
• Strong perioperative leadership and communication skills
\n
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
\n
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility
\n
