- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800-$1,890 \n
- Unit Setting: 8-bed special care nursery with a 1:2 to 1:3 patient ratio \n
- EHR: Meditech / GE Centricity \n
- Float Requirement: Mother/Baby Postpartum as needed \n

- Minimum of 2 years of Level II nursery or higher NICU experience \n
- Current RN licensure \n
- Required certifications: NRP, STABLE, and BLS \n
- Ability to attend deliveries and initiate/run NRP resuscitation \n
- Experience caring for neonates, including full-term, early-term, and pre-term infants \n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care and neonatal nursing environment \n
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills \n

- Provide high-quality nursing care to newborns in a Level 2 special care nursery \n
- Monitor and support neonates with conditions such as NAS/NOWS, TTN, IV antibiotic therapy, Bubble CPAP, and OG/NG feeds \n
- Assist with deliveries and respond quickly to newborn stabilization needs \n
- Initiate and manage neonatal resuscitation protocols as needed \n
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver safe, family-centered patient care \n
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the EHR \n
- Float to Mother/Baby Postpartum when requested and appropriate \n
