- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an ED, acute care hospital, or similar fast-paced clinical environment \n
- Travel experience required \n
- High school diploma or equivalent \n
- Phlebotomy certification required \n
- EKG certification required \n
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required \n
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English \n
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent work skills \n
- Comfortable working under pressure in a busy clinical setting \n

- Collect blood specimens and other samples while ensuring proper patient identification and clear communication \n
- Transport specimens to the laboratory and ensure required forms are completed accurately \n
- Perform non-invasive cardiac testing, including EKGs, Holter monitors, and stress tests \n
- Document test and patient information in hospital systems and department logs \n
- Assist with cardiac test ordering, workflow coordination, and related departmental processes as needed \n
- Support nursing units with specimen collection and test requirements \n
- Maintain clean, sanitary, and well-stocked work areas \n
- Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste through efficient supply use \n
- Support training, orientation, and mentoring of new staff and clinical students when needed \n
- Contribute to quality improvement, service excellence, and team collaboration \n
