Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) | 36 Hours per Week Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct patient care in an acute care ICU/Neuro unit within a 295-bed regional hospital serving an 11-county area
\n
• Maintain patient ratios of 4:1 on day shift and 5:1 on night shift in accordance with unit standards
\n
• Utilize Meditech EHR system for accurate and timely documentation of patient care
\n
• Support a state-of-the-art cardiac care and advanced neurosurgery program, including a Spine Center accredited unit
\n
• May be required to float within a 25-mile radius of the primary facility as needed
\n

Required Qualifications\n

\n
• Active RN licensure in good standing
\n
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an acute care facility; 2+ years preferred
\n
• Current BLS certification (required prior to start)
\n
• Current NIHSS certification (required prior to start)
\n
• Must reside 60 miles or greater from the facility to qualify as a travel candidate
\n

Preferred Experience / Skills\n

\n
• Prior experience in a neuro or ICU specialty setting
\n
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic health records system
\n
• Experience working in a high-acuity acute care environment
\n
