**Join Our Dynamic Inpatient Rehab Team!** **Job Description:** - Exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant Inpatient Rehab unit with a focus on patient recovery and functional independence. - **Unit Specifics:** - Number of Beds: 35 - Patient Ratios: 5-7:1 - Support Staff: 2-4 Techs available per census - **Technology & Documentation:** - Advanced equipment including Vitals machine, Baxter IV pumps, SCD’s, and Bladder scanner - Documentation system: Meditech - **Scheduling Details:** - 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM - Every other weekend requirement - **Floating Policy:** - Potential to float to other Med/Surg departments - **Patient Experience:** - Previous rehab experience preferred to enhance patient care - **Requirements:** - Must have Med/Surg or PCU experience - BLS certification and Virginia License required - **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in Rehabilitation Medicine - **Procedures Performed:** - Administer medications including IVs, PICC, and PEG tube - Conduct bladder scans and trach care - Manage tube feeding, Foley cath, bladder irrigation, and blood administration - **Dress Code:** - Navy blue or white solid scrubs - **Why Join Us?** - Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team including Nurses, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physiatrists, Physician Assistants, and Neuropsychologists. - Make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and goal attainment. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
