\nShift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
On-Call: 1 weekday/week | 5:00 PM–8:00 AM
Weekend Call: Every 4th weekend | Friday 5:00 PM–Monday 8:00 AM
Coverage: Tomahawk / Brantwood, WI
Housing: Rhinelander area
Experience: 1 year recent Home Health experience required
EMR: HCHB experience required
OASIS: Experience required
Patient Load: 5–7 patients/day
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
Patient Population: Geriatric
First-Time Travelers: Accepted
License: Must be in hand
Requirements:
\n BLS required
\n Flexible with territory
\n Timely documentation and communication required
Locals: Accepted
Scrubs: Any color | No jeans
Mileage: Reimbursed at IRS standard rate
