### Join Our Team as a Registered Echo Technologist! **Job Description:** - **Position**: Registered Echo Technologist - **Shift**: Days - **Department**: Cardiovascular **Why You'll Love This Role:** - Collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing patient care. - Perform exciting cardiovascular procedures that assist in diagnosing patients. - Engage in a variety of cardiac ultrasound practices, including but not limited to: - 2-D Echo with M-Mode - Spectral and Color Flow Doppler - Transesophageal Echocardiography - Stress Echocardiography **Your Responsibilities:** - Conduct diagnostic ultrasound procedures to locate, evaluate, and record critical data for patient diagnosis. - Execute cardiovascular diagnostic tests, including EKG’s, Event Monitors, and Stress Testing. - Document procedure data accurately in patients' charts and EMR systems. - Maintain cardiology equipment by performing cleaning and disinfecting. - Assist with clerical duties, inventory management, and patient transport. - Participate in monthly cardiovascular meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives. - Mentor students and precept new employees. - Uphold the standards of family-centered care and service recovery. **Qualifications:** - Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Vascular/Echocardiography or equivalent Allied Health training. - Certification: - CCI or ARDMS Registered Cardiac Sonographer or registry eligible - CPR required - Experience: - 1-2 years as an echocardiography technician preferred. - Skills: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Knowledge in clinical interventions and patient care. **Organizational Values:** - **Empathy**: Understanding others’ perspectives and treating patients with compassion. - **Integrity**: Demonstrating honesty and ethical behavior in all actions. - **Teamwork**: Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive work environment. - **Quality**: Commitment to improving performance and patient care. **Physical Demands:** - Medium Work: Exerting up to 20-50 pounds occasionally and up to 10-25 pounds frequently. **Join Us!** Be part of a team that values your expertise and fosters growth in a supportive environment. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
