GQR Healthcare Perm is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) ED - Emergency Department for a nursing job in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

- 16 vertical beds \n
- Level III Trauma Center \n
- 4–5:1 patient ratios \n
- Primarily lower-acuity emergency patients; no major trauma volume \n
- Family-like unit with excellent teamwork \n
- Self-scheduling \n
- Rural environment allows for increased autonomy and skill development \n
- \n
- No new graduates \n
- ED experience required in some capacity \n
- 1+ year of ED experience preferred \n
- Cross-training may be available for acute-care RNs with previous ED experience in another role \n
Schedule\n
- \n
- Nights: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM \n
- 2 on-call shifts every 6 weeks \n
- \n
6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule

- \n
- 1 year: $33.67/hr \n
- 10 years: $44.62/hr \n
- 15+ years: up to $50.71/hr \n
Differentials:

- Night/Evening: $3.25/hr \n
- Weekend: 10% of base pay \n
- BSN: $1.00/hr \n
- MSN: $2.00/hr \n
- Driving more than 1 hour: $4.00/hr \n
Sign-On Bonus:
\n- \n
- 0–10 years experience: $20,000 \n
- 10+ years experience: $30,000 \n
- Lump sum paid at 90 days with a 1-year commitment \n
