- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,150 - $2,310 \n
- Environment: Hospital-based radiology setting with modern MRI technology \n

- Minimum of 1 year of MRI technologist experience required; hospital MRI experience preferred \n
- Experience with GE MRI equipment preferred \n
- ARRT certification in Diagnostic Radiology with MRI registry required, or ability to obtain MRI registry within 1 year of hire \n
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required prior to direct patient care \n
- Associate’s degree from an ARRT-accredited program preferred \n
- Experience with EPIC and PACS preferred \n
- Strong knowledge of MRI safety, patient screening, and imaging protocols \n
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain excellent patient care standards \n

- Perform MRI exams according to established protocols and physician orders \n
- Operate MRI equipment, select appropriate scan parameters, and ensure high-quality imaging results \n
- Provide direct patient care before, during, and after procedures, including patient education and screening \n
- Start IVs and administer contrast agents as needed for MRI studies \n
- Apply MRI safety principles to protect patients, staff, and equipment \n
- Monitor patient comfort, privacy, and safety throughout the imaging process \n
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate concerns to appropriate support teams \n
- Assist with training, onboarding, and support of new staff and students \n
- Maintain quality control standards and support department performance improvement efforts \n
- Work collaboratively with radiologists, physicians, and other members of the care team \n
