UT State License NOT required if they have ARRTo Certifications (one of the following):? ARRT RT (R)(MR) Required? ARRT RT (MR) Required? (State license is not needed for MRI Techs, they do need to have an active ARRT(MR)(R). They are only required to give MR contrast gadolinium.)o BLS (AHA) RequiredSkills: Required Skills & Experience:-One year of experience in MRI.-Post-hire expectation: Meets departmental IV certification competency within three months of hire.-
