Job Title: CT Tech

Location: Elizabethtown, Kentucky

Job Summary:
\n Perform computed tomography (CT) scans on patients using specialized imaging equipment to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. Interact directly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging studies and high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications:
\n • No experience required
\n • Strong knowledge of CT imaging principles, techniques, and equipment operation
\n • Proficiency in computerized tomography (CT) scanning protocols, image acquisition, and post-processing techniques
\n • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
\n • Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and quality improvement
\n • Accepts responsibility for words, actions, attitude, and results while meeting deadlines and performance expectations
\n • Practices effective, clear, and respectful communications (both verbal and written) and demonstrates attentiveness through active listening and engaged body language

Preferred Qualifications:
\n • Two (2) years of experience as a Rad Tech in diagnostic radiology
\n • Prior experience working as a CT Technologist in a hospital or medical imaging facility

Required Education:
\n • Associates degree from a JRCERT accredited Radiology Program
\n OR
\n • Military training graduate of JRCERT-accredited program as validated by the worker's active ARRT Certification

Required Certifications & Licensure:
\n • Current license through the Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy
\n • BLS
\n • ARRT registered or registry eligible

Preferred Certifications & Licensure:
\n • Additional certification in Computed Tomography (CT) by the ARRT or other recognized certifying body
