We’re partnering with a school in Cook County, Illinois to hire dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
\nThe Board Certified Behavior Analyst supports students with behavioral, social, and emotional needs by designing and overseeing evidence-based behavior intervention plans. This role collaborates closely with educators, families, and support staff to promote positive student outcomes and a supportive school environment across the district.
\nPosition Details:

- Start Date: Aug 10, 2026 \n
- End Date: May 28, 2027 \n
- Schedule: 8:00am–3:00pm (6.5 hours/day) \n
- Grade Levels: K–2 \n
- Location: On-Site in Cook County, IL \n
- School Year: 2026/2027 \n
Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Complete behavior assessments and interpret findings to identify drivers of student behavior. \n
- Build individualized behavior support plans that target measurable skill-building and behavior change. \n
- Coach school staff on consistent implementation of behavior strategies across learning settings. \n
- Set up and maintain behavior data systems, reviewing progress to adjust interventions as needed. \n
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams and families to support carryover and alignment of plans. \n
Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. \n
- Illinois state-issued BCBA license. \n
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL). \n
- Experience supporting early elementary learners (K–2) in a school-based setting. \n
- Ability to work on-site and follow the scheduled school-day hours. \n
