\n \nOpportunity:
\nScrub Tech - OR
\nJob Details:
\n• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week
\n • 8-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
\n • Float requirements between Howard Young, Eagle River, and Tomahawk locations; floating may be prescheduled as needed
\n • On-call requirements include one night of call per week and one weekend every 4th weekend with call back within 20 minutes; call only at Rhinelander location
\n • Weekend and holiday rotation required
\n • Work in a 5-OR facility with 1 endoscopy room performing general surgery procedures
\n • Surgeries performed include all types except neurology, spinal, and heart procedures
\n • Use and select retractors, forceps, clamps, scissors, and needle holders according to planned use, tissue type, tissue characteristics, and patient size
\n • Determine specific equipment needed per procedure
\n • Charting experience with Epic required
\n • Minimum 1 year of surgical tech experience required
\n • Associate Degree or Certificate required
\n • Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS; CST not required
\n • Scrub colors provided by facility
\n • Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
\n • Strong documentation skills, adaptability to change, and social communication skills preferred
