We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist in Peridot, AZ with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude. This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Job Requirements:

• 6 Months experience in clinical setting
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's or Doctorate degree preferred

• Any state License
\n
• American Heart Association BLS
\n
