This opportunity is centered around supporting children up to 5 years old in a non-traditional educational environment with a strong ABA focus.
\nAs the organization's lead BCBA, you'll have the chance to help shape and grow an expanding ABA division while directly supporting young learners during some of the most important developmental years of their lives.
\nWhat You'll Be Doing\n
- \n
- Provide BCBA oversight for an early childhood ABA program \n
- Lead and support a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) \n
- Supervise services for approximately 10 children \n
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans \n
- Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and support staff \n
- Mentor ABA team members and help establish best practices \n
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of ABA services \n
As the program continues to expand, additional BCBAs are expected to join the team, creating exciting opportunities for collaboration and leadership growth.
