\n Provide CRNA coverage in a medical direction model for a surgical case mix that includes orthopedics, general surgery, neuro, and gynecology as outlined in the order details.

Required Qualifications

• Current CRNA certification
\n
• Active Texas license
\n
• Active BLS and ACLS
\n
• Board certified
\n

Credentialing

\n

\n
• Credentialing timeframe is typically around 90 days
