\n \nOpportunity:
\nRadiology - NUC MED
\nJob Details:
\n• 8-hour or 10-hour rotating shifts with scheduling adjusted per unit needs to meet guaranteed hours
\n • 40 hours per week guaranteed
\n • Weekend requirement: Yes
\n • Holiday requirement: Yes
\n • On-call requirement: Yes
\n • First to float between two campuses located approximately 16 minutes apart as needed
\n • Perform nuclear medicine studies including cardiac, HIDA, bone scan, gastric emptying, GI bleed, lung, brain death, and DAT scans
\n • Average of 12 scans/studies per day (cardiac accounts for approximately 2 per day)
\n • Start IVs as required
\n • Work with Siemens Symbia T6 equipment
\n • Use Meditech charting system, Fuji Synapse PACS, and NMIS
\n • Department has 1 scanner currently with a second in process of being added
\n • Radiologist in-house until 5:00 PM with remote reads until midnight
\n • Black scrubs required
\n • Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (N) or NMTCB (CNMT)
\n • BSN not required
\n • Call outs are strongly discouraged and could lead to termination
