We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our remote team. You'll be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across our systems, while also spotting errors and inconsistencies that keep our records clean and reliable. • Accurately enter, update, and verify large volumes of data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Review data for errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies and correct or flag as needed
• Organize and maintain digital files and records for easy retrieval
• Cross-check data against source documents to ensure accuracy
• Generate basic reports and summaries from entered data
• Follow data entry protocols and confidentiality guidelines
• Communicate with team members remotely to clarify data or resolve discrepancies
• Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy targets

• 1+ years of data entry, administrative, or analyst experience (or equivalent)
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (typing test may be required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filtering)
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Good written communication skills for remote collaboration
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's degree a plus

• Experience with database software (e.g., Access, SQL) or CRM/ERP systems
• Familiarity with data visualization or basic analytics tools
