About the care needs: Be open to random senior moods. Caring like it's your grandmother. Be able to adjust if needed. Good communication for senior understanding. Be intentional and purposeful about caring, cooking, cleaning, and spending time. Be welcoming, friendly, and understanding. Have integrity. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
