Home Health Aide Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need a young adult care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.), need to be patient, nurturing, experiencing working with individuals with autism.
