Babysitter Needed for my Children

I'm a mom of a 3-month-old, 2. 5-year-old and 4-year-old in search of a Mother's Helper/Part-time nanny to allow me some time each week for errands, appointments, and self-care. Hoping for 2 weekdays per week for 3 hours each time. Availability for occasional weekend date nights would be a big plus. I can be very flexible on times, but would like to settle into a predictable schedule for planning purposes. Our 4-year-old goes to preschool part-time so depending upon schedule, care could be for one, two or three kids. Please reach out if this might be of interest and we can talk through specifics.
