Babysitter Needed for my Children

I'm looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in Midlothian Texas. We have three boys 8 yrs, 6 yrs, and 7 months old. In most cases baby sitting will be for older siblings as mom runs errands but on occasion it will be all three. The older ones are quite self sufficient and well mannered. In the cases where you will be watching the older ones, we might need to ensure they do their homework and chores before any play or snacks.
