Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

I am looking for a nanny Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. I work from home so I will be around during the day while the nanny is here. Hours: 9 a.m. -4 p.m. (approximate, subject to finalization). We are looking for a nanny who is first aid and CPR certified prior to start of employment. We'd like a nanny who focuses on the developmentally appropriate milestones, prioritizes activities and outside time, and prohibits any/all use of screens for my child's entertainment.
