Housekeeper - Full-time / Part-time

Would like to meet/talk with you in August. Start cleaning in Sept. Thinking 2X/month. Have 2 cats. I have health issues so use cane/walker. Need dusting, swiffer, vacuuming, sometimes floor wet mopped. Windows as needed. Clean floors (tile and laminate), 3 bedrooms carpeted. 1 small bath, 1 regular. Ranch style apt, no stairs. Recycling garbage taken out. Possible errands at times. How flexible are you? Might need to start with a deeper clean then after that general upkeep. Will discuss more info with you.
