PT Retail Supervisor

Patina is a specialty retailer known for a curated mix of home decor, fragrance, paper, jewelry & toys in an inspiring & ever-changing environment! We are currently seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor for a new store opening Fall of 2026!

Ideal candidates will have previous keyholder experience, a love for a fast-paced retail environment and an energetic attitude towards leadership and customer service.

MUST HAVE NIGHT (start time at 5pm at the latest) AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY (either Saturday OR Sunday most weekends).

• Responsible, high-energy, and customer-focused

• Attention to detail, accurate ringing skills, proven leadership/delegation comfort

• Ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.

• Previous retail supervisory experience

Supervisors are scheduled 16-18 hours/week (number of hours dependent on employee desire). We offer flexible scheduling and a generous store discount.
