Job Description:
Are you bilingual in English and Spanish? Do you want to earn $25.00/hour, enjoy free daily lunches, and get a possible foot in the door for a permanent government career?
We are immediately hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for an exciting, high-impact community project starting on August 4, 2026.
In this role, you will be assisting Spanish-speaking members of our community navigate and complete online electronic forms. This is a short-term project with massive long-term potential!

Job Requirements:
- Bilingual Fluency: Read, write, and speak both English and Spanish fluently.
- Tech Literacy: Comfortable using computer programs and assisting others with digital forms.
- Customer Service: Previous customer service or community-facing experience.
- Key Skills: Strong active listening and communication skills.
- Reliability: Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
- Background Check: Candidates must be able to pass a background check upon hire.
