Job Description

Looking for a Plumber/Plumber Helper - Immediate Hire. Full-Time

Responsibilities:

General plumbing installations and maintenance.
Group homes, Commercial, Hospitals, Medical, Schools.
Black pipe, Copper lines, Gas lines, Sprinkler lines.
Steam & Water Heating lines.
Boiler and Hot Water Heater installations.
Sump pumps and Ejector pumps installations.
Must have knowledge of current NYC Plumbing Codes.
Must be able to work as part of a team of 2-4 plumbers on one project.
Must have 5 years + of experience as a plumber / plumber helper in commercial projects.
Must effectively communicate with others and maintain focus in a busy environment.
Must be able to work neatly and keep jobsites organized.
Must be willing to learn.
Must be fluent in English.

Most projects are located in Staten Island, Manhattan, Queens & Brooklyn.

Qualifications:

Must have own basic plumbing tools.
MUST LIVE IN STATEN ISLAND.
16-hour NYC Gas Certification is a Plus.
A valid drivers license is a MUST.
Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
Osha-40 is required.
DEP water valve installation is a plus.
Experience working in hospitals or medical facility projects is a plus.
Having own truck for traveling is a plus.
