Job Title: Mental Health Counselor (Fully Licensed & Associate-Level)

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Counselors (both fully licensed and associate-level) to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide individual and/or group therapy to diverse client populations, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client progress.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based counseling services to clients.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and external providers as needed.
• Stay updated on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:
• Fully licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or associate-level (LPC-A, LCSW-A, LMFT-A) in [state].
