This is a rare and exceptional opportunity offering a competitive base salary of $295,000, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, enhanced quarterly team performance bonuses, an efficiency bonus, and a 4-day work week with no call, no nights, and no weekends. In addition to providing outstanding clinical anesthesia care you will take on leadership duties that make a meaningful impact on the team and the practice. With 6 weeks of PTO plus additional paid surgeon dark days and 100% eye cases in a clean and efficient outpatient environment - this position is designed for an experienced CRNA ready to take the next step in their career.
