- Implement dynamic feature management using conditional feature flags to protect shared environments and prevent staging drift.
- Own performance tuning, resiliency, and scaling validation using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
- Support decoupled architecture through API Contract Testing and Service Virtualization in the DEV environment.
- Execute zero-day production validation via Dark Launches with precise targeting filters and rapid rollback capability.
- Focus on detailed technical documentation and knowledge sharing; maintain zero escaped defects to Integration environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 10–12 years of proven experience as a developer building, configuring, and deploying enterprise APIs, websites, and software into the Microsoft Azure cloud.
- Demonstrated experience guiding and leading application teams to adopt shift-left CI/CD workflows.
- Expert proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and modern frameworks such as Angular.
- Strong hands-on experience with Git, Terraform, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
- Proven experience securing applications using Fortify and Sonatype code scanning tools.
- Experience with BDD/Gherkin, TDD practices, feature flags, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong ability to interact effectively with clients and leadership, adapting communication for technical or business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Awareness of FedRAMP, FISMA, and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) ecosystem.
- Prior experience in financial technology, payments, or highly regulated environments.
