Nanny Needed For My Children

Looking to find a babysitter for 3-5 hours for date nights or if we have to attend an event. Hoping to find someone that we can call on regularly for these types of things! We have two girls, a 5-year-old, and a 1. 5-year-old. Looking for someone who loves to interact and play with kids, keep them engaged, and not rely on screen time. Also will ask to help get their snacks/food ready (which we will provide), and change the baby diapers if needed. We do have house cams, one in our living room and one in the girls playroom. We also have a friendly and playful dog! So must be okay with pets.
