Comp:
$75,000 - $110,000+ annually (W-2, fee-for-service; paid admin/consult time).
*Total Comp with FULL BENEFITS PACKAGE: $90,000 - $150,000 annually*
About the Role
Join a thriving, trauma-informed outpatient group practice (private practice setting) specializing in trauma, complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and dissociative disorders. We are seeking a licensed mental health therapist or behavioral health clinician who values relational, attachment-focused, psychodynamic/psychoanalytic work and can be open to integrative approaches (e.g., IFS, EMDR, SE). We offer a warm, connected team culture with opportunities for clinical supervision, continuing education (CEs), social gatherings, and regular peer consultations.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a 25-27+ session/week outpatient caseload (mix of in-person therapy + telehealth therapy sessions)
- Provide psychotherapy to adults and/or children/teens; space for additional specialties (e.g., eating disorders, couples therapy, identity, grief counseling)
- Provide at least 2 early morning or evening shifts/week
- Participate in weekly peer consultation group, clinical supervision, and team meetings
Compensation & Structure
- W-2, fee-for-service (not salary)
- Competitive per-session rates plus paid admin/professional time (consultation, team meetings, CE)
- Typical annual range: $75,000 - $110,000, depending on caseload and licensure

- 25+ sessions/week - All benefits, except health insurance
- 27+ sessions/week - Full benefits, including health insurance

Ideal Candidate
- Drawn to relational/depth-oriented psychotherapy (psychodynamic/psychoanalytic); open to integrative modalities (IFS, EMDR, psychodynamic, relational, etc.)
- Skilled in trauma therapy, complex trauma, developmental/attachment trauma, PTSD treatment, anxiety treatment, depression treatment, and dissociation
- Collaborative, growth-minded, and comfortable with a full caseload of trauma-focused behavioral health work
- Desire to be part of the team and to participate in collegial relationships
Requirements
- Active PA independent license: Clinical Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- 2+ years post-licensure experience strongly preferred
- Ability to sustain 25-27 sessions/week and two morning/evening shifts
- Able to commute to Old City (19106) for in-person sessions
- Appropriate home office or off-site location for providing telehealth therapy sessions
Timeline
Seeking immediate hire. Official start follows insurance credentialing (typically up to 90 days). You will integrate with the team during credentialing to launch smoothly into a full caseload.
