Pay: $16.14/hour
Available Shifts: AM & PM
We are currently hiring Production Workers to join our team at a manufacturing facility in Lakeland, FL. This position is located in a Clean Room 3 environment, where strict cleanliness standards are maintained to minimize dust and other contaminants.
Responsibilities
- Perform production and manufacturing tasks according to established procedures.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety, quality, and cleanliness guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in light industrial, production or inspection is preferred.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a Clean Room environment and following strict cleanliness requirements.
