Job Description
Office Administrator / Shipping Coordinator
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator and Shipping Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for customer service, you will play a key role in ensuring positive customer experience, and smooth office operations and shipping processes. This is a full-time, salaried exempt position offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customer service inquiries via phone, providing positive tone in assisting routing calls to Sales, Technical Support, etc.
Office Administration:
• Order and maintain inventory of office and shipping supplies.
• Assist sales staff and managers with various administrative tasks as needed.
Shipping Coordination:
• Schedule parcel and freight shipments efficiently.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound international freight, ensuring compliance with customs and regulations.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and commercial invoices as required for shipping and customs purposes.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Experience with an ERP system is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
