Customer Service Representative - Hybrid Potential

Looking for experienced customer service representatives to join a fast growing insurance company by assisting callers with plan and account questions. Located in downtown Omaha, NE. This position requires working onsite 5 days a week to start, a hybrid schedule can be obtained once fully trained. Qualified candidates must have a completed 2 or 4 year degree.

$19.00 / hour plus monthly bonus incentives

Monday to Friday with shifts available from 8:00am to 8:00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls
• Build rapport with customers and cover questions on accounts, billing, etc.
• Process account updates, payment, setup autopay, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year completed college degree
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience in a single call center position
• Clear communication with the ability to use positive language
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at once
• Goal oriented focus
• Good mathematical skills; ability to do calculations quickly
• Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment
