Position: Sales Representative - We're looking for motivated and driven individuals ready to build a high-income career in the roofing industry. No roofing sales experience is required. If you have experience in sales, canvassing, hospitality, customer service, or other people-focused roles, we want to hear from you.
EARN $150K–$350K+ ANNUALLY
NO ROOFING SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
FULL TRAINING PROGRAM
Experience:
▪ Previous sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience preferred
▪ Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners
▪ Strong communication and people skills
▪ Self-motivated with a positive attitude
▪ Ability to safely climb a ladder for inspections
▪ Reliable transportation (car or truck)
Responsibilities
▪ Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes with potential roof damage
▪ Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)
▪ Meet with homeowners and discuss roofing solutions and insurance claims
▪ Conduct inspections and generate sales opportunities
