At KAD Logistics, you’ll drive a company-provided, branded delivery van, follow a dedicated route, stay active throughout the day, and deliver packages directly to customers. No passengers, no waiting around for rides, and no CDL required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Amazon DSP Delivery Associate (DA), you’ll operate a branded non-CDL cargo van and safely deliver packages along your assigned route.

Your day will include:

• Load your branded delivery van with packages
• Perform your vehicle and safety checks
• Hit the road and follow your assigned route using a GPS navigation app
• Deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Provide professional, friendly customer service
• Safely navigate your route throughout the day
• Return to the delivery station after completing your route

The goal is simple: drive safely, deliver efficiently, and deliver smiles.

WHAT YOU NEED

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Safety-focused attitude
• Ability to work weekends as part of your 4-day schedule

No CDL is required, and previous delivery experience is not necessarily required. We’re looking for reliable people who are ready to work, learn the route, and represent KAD Logistics professionally.
