Job Description
Install, repair, rebuild, and service mechanical and electronic locking devices (cylindrical/mortise locks, maglocks, exit devices and door closers), using ladders, hand tools, power tools and special equipment. Install low energy auto door operators and program for proper function.
Read, understand, follow and enforce safety procedures, including wearing protective equipment (PPE).
Tech will work with team to install, test, troubleshoot and maintain access control locks and equipment and document services performed. Ability to use test equipment such as multimeter and toner, read blueprints and communicate effectively.
Position requires some out of town travel but most work is in the surrounding areas.
Commercial Lock Services helps maintain security of commercial locations by installing or repairing electrified/mechanical locking hardware.
