Bilingual Recruiter - Internal Staffing Team

About the Role

Pro-Tech is a fast-growing staffing company looking for a bilingual recruiter to join our internal team. This is a direct position with Pro-Tech.

We need someone who is ready to jump in, contribute, and grow with us. No two days are exactly alike. You may spend your day recruiting and interviewing candidates, communicating with clients, coordinating placements, or helping resolve an urgent staffing need.

Experience matters, but initiative, adaptability, and a genuine desire to learn and add value matter even more.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, screen, interview, and place candidates
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Coordinate follow-ups, onboarding, and staffing requests
• Respond quickly to changing priorities and urgent needs
• Support the Pro-Tech team wherever you can add value
• Help create a positive candidate and client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• At least two years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, sales, operations, hospitality, account management, or a related field
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• A proactive, hands-on mindset
• Excitement about learning, contributing, and growing with Pro-Tech
