Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for companion care for my mother in her 80s. Medication management is required. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker and comfortable with pets. She has memory issues, but is otherwise okay. She will be staying with 1 dog, a 10-year-old lab, who is loving and lays around all day. You will be expected to fill her food bowl 2x a day and make sure my mom lets her out on a lead. I also have 2 cats. They have food and litter. You just need to fill their water bowl.
