Babysitter - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for someone 3 to 4 days a week in the afternoons/evenings to help out with our children, ages 7, (almost) 4, and 18 months. Tasks would vary from day to day but may include pick up from school and driving to activities (must have your own reliable car), meal prep/cooking, watch/play with the kids, help with bath time/getting ready for bed, help with bedtime, and help with dishes and tidying up/organizing. I will be there to help out most days and so you will generally only be responsible for one or maybe two kids at a time. However there might be situations where you would be in charge of all three so experience with multiples would be helpful.
