Nanny Needed For My Children

First time mom, just browsing to see whats beneficial. Currently work full time 8-5 p.m. week days and trying to find a work from home job. Ideally wanted to be a stay at home mom but dont have the finances to live up to my standards. Newborn baby, would love if someone can teach sign language, creole or help me teach them Spanish when the time comes. Ideal day would be caring after the baby and making sure the house is clean so I can relax and not stress about coming home to having to clean and possibly cook. Id like someone who can educate the baby early and keep him occupied and do crafty things
