Babysitter Needed

I'm looking for a great afternoon babysitter for 3 children. It is very very unlikely you would have all three at the same time but would be helping me take them to various activities and appointments, reminding them to do homework, playing with them at home, and so forth. My youngest is neurodivergent and would do best with someone who could be consistent (not a month or two). We would also love to have someone who can assist on weekends and with occasionally putting the kids to bed.
