Childcare Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Our baby is almost 6 months old. I work from home and have kept her at home with me up to this point, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to work and care for her simultaneously, so we are looking for some extra help. I would be there the whole time, so even if someone doesn't have a lot of experience with babies as young as she is, I can provide guidance and support.
