Catering & Gifting Fulfillment Lead

Must be available Monday through Friday with occasional early mornings and weekends.

The Catering and Gifting Fulfillment Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of both catering and gifting operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail. This role leads and supports team members throughout the year, with a strong focus on holiday operations.

Key Qualifications

• Highly organized, thorough, and task-oriented
• Strong leadership skills with the confidence to coach, train, and develop team members
• Team player who leads by example and works collaboratively with store leadership and staff
• Comfortable using computers and technology, including:
  • Email
  • Register entry
  • Printing orders
  • Catering Order Systems
• Available to work Monday through Friday, with flexibility for mornings and occasional weekends
• Open availability during November and December, including all holiday periods

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily catering fulfillment operations to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time
• Oversee both Catering and Gifting lines of business during the holiday season
• Train, coach, and support fulfillment team members throughout the year and during peak holiday periods
• Maintain high standards of organization, quality, and execution
• Coordinate order management and communication through company systems
• Support delivery operations and ensure successful customer experiences
• Partner with store leadership to drive operational excellence and team success
