Home Health Aide Needed

We need hands-on care to take care of my grandmother in East Falmouth on the weekends. She has a full time care giver during the week (9am-5pm). We are looking for someone who can spend time with her talking and keeping her company. She needs some help with toileting/bathing and has a walker. She will also need help with breakfast and lunch while at home or out and about if that is something you do. She is in her 90s and is doing pretty well considering but her memory is going so definitely need someone is is patient and kind. Thank you!
