Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: She is mostly in bed but dose sit in chair next to her bed. She loves TV and reading magazines About the care needs: My mom has oxygen available to her but doesn't care for it so doesn't use it much. This could change as time goes by. She has become very forgetful and can become confused as to where she is. She is sweet and would like a sweet friendly person, able to lift her if needed as well as chat with her Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
