Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a caregiver in Waco for our 4-month-old while I work from home. My work requires that I be in private for 1-hour video meetings at a time, so we need care for baby during my meetings. I would come out between meetings to nurse the baby. My work will build over time so would start around 6 hours a week and then we would eventually need about 16-20 hours a week of help Monday through Thursday. We would prefer a caregiver who does not smoke, is comfortable with pets (we have a cat), is CPR certified, and who has had a Tdap shot.
