Wegmans Organic Farm & Orchard in Canandaigua, NY offers the opportunity to join a team passionate about sustainable agriculture and growing high-quality organic produce. As a seasonal worker, you'll work hands-on in the fields harvesting fruits and vegetables, helping bring fresh, local produce from farm to table while gaining valuable experience in agriculture.

What You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Plant, cultivate and harvest crops, including watering, composting, weeding, and applying organic sprays \n
- Drive/operate farm machinery when necessary \n
- Grade and package crops for marketing and selling within our stores \n
- Work effectively in a team-based environment, assist as necessary to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner \n
- Complete tasks timely without sacrificing quality \n
- Strictly adhere to food and human safety guidelines and procedures \n
- Perform work both outside in various weather conditions as well as indoors as needed \n
