Compensation 

• Average weekly pay: $1,500-$1,625; Highest performing drivers can earn more
  • Base 65 CPM; with an average of 2,300-2,500 miles weekly
  • Guaranteed minimum pay: $1,300
  • Additional pay including stop, layover, detention, etc. when provided by customer
  • Driver Referral Bonus
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route, & Schedule 

• Home Weekends!
• OTR runs available if you choose to be out longer
• Back and forth dedicated. Common routes include:
  • Benwood, WV to Fort Worth, TX
  • Fort Worth area to OH/IN/WV
  • Also, other dedicated opportunities out of Benwood, WV
• Level of Touch: No Touch Freight

Equipment 

• Late model conventional tractors
• Late model 53’ dry van trailers
• Automatic
• Governed to prevailing speed limit
• Outward facing cameras

Qualifications 

• Must be at least 21 years of age  
• Must have CDL A license 
• Must have a minimum of 1-year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record
• No DUI/DWIs in last 3 years 
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations 
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 60 miles of the below cities or be willing to relocate for this position
